At Gundam Base Tokyo, you may not always be able to enter right away, especially on busy days.

Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays require a lottery entry system.
- Applications open on Monday for entry slots the following Friday–Sunday.
- You can apply using a Google or Apple account.

From Monday to Thursday, no lottery is required. However, numbered entry tickets may be distributed depending on crowd levels.
Updates on ticket distribution are posted on the official Twitter account: @gundambase_t.
You’ll usually be asked to line up 10 minutes before ticket distribution starts, so it’s recommended to check the official website or Twitter before visiting.

On days when limited-edition or highly popular Gunpla kits are released, fans often start lining up early in the morning.

The 7th floor of DiverCity Tokyo Plaza closes at 6:00 AM. You cannot wait in front of the store before that time.
Lining up is allowed from 6:00 AM onward.
Actual store entry begins at 11:00 AM on weekdays (after cleaning and preparations). Until the 7th floor opens, you will need to wait outside the store.
The best time to start lining up may vary depending on the day, especially during new product launches or events, when crowds are expected.
